This park has a small play area for kids but I like it since I can see my child when she's playing. I don't have to worry about her being too far away to see. There is also restrooms close by, a frisby golf course and a walking track around the entire park.
Great place to bring the family. There's a bathroom, picnic areas, and plenty of grass. The other park is better for smaller kids. This one is good for big kids, adults, and dogs on leashes.
The park has a large, clean playground for the kids; frisbee golf, beach volleyball, and a one mile walking trail for the athletes and several shaded picnic areas with tables and grills that are perfect for parties. The trail isn't really scenic, but it's peaceful and not usually crowded. The park grounds are huge, so there's a lot of room for development (which I hope the city is planning). I wish the park was closer to town, but it truly is wonderful addition to the community.
Quiet secluded park. Great for runners/walkers.
Nice peaceful place to walk or play! Only complaint is that the cars and walkers have to share the very narrow road. :-/
