It is clean and the workers are present and help. It's combined with a dry cleaning business so it's always staffed. They offer wash and fold but I've not needed that service. I only go there at all when my washer is on the fritz so I don't have a great deal of experience. There is a TV if you want. Near HEB grocery and Walgreens pharmacy. Small town feel. No safety issues that I picked up on.
