All I did was call this store to get one questions answered and I was left on hold for 10+ minutes!!! I called back and the same thing happened all over again. I called back again, a man took me, and mid sentence put me back on hold!! Then half an hour later I tried again was kept on hold for another 10+!!!! How terribly unprofessional. So much for the helping place...
