Great community and atmosphere to workout in.
Love it! Coaches are well-informed and encouraging (no screaming here!). The members here are welcoming and encouraging as well. When I can't make it, I really do miss it! As far as the workout goes, it's the best. No comparison!
I use to make fun of CrossFit til I finally tried it. It's great and this is a great place to try it.
I love CrossFit Lumberton! The members and staff are so engaging and fun! I'm so glad to have such a wonderful place so nearby! Definitely try their free classes on Saturdays. You won't be disappointed!
Member for about 6 months there. Workouts are challenging and get your heart rate pumping. As far as the gym atmosphere: high school. People already have their groups and if you are not a"who's who" you will not be spoken to. At class I got spoken to (other than coaches) about once, sometimes twice, sometimes not at all. Newbies are not always welcome and often quit. That's why I gave up on this box and switched. 1st day at my new box and everyone introduced themselves and continues to speaks to me everyday!! Now i get a GREAT workout and feel accepted.
