I completely trust my car with Chad's Automotive and know of several people who are very happy with their service. They have always been very honest and trustworthy. It is hard to find an automotive place you can trust especially as a woman and Chad is very honest and fair. He explains what it needs and why. Equipment for working on cars and labor is expensive and we shouldn't expect automotive shops to do it for very little to nothing. I would definitely refer anyone to them.
i have never recieved such poor customer sevice as i did with these people. i called to get a quote on a replacement for a thermostat for my truck. he gave me the quote and when he did i thought it to be a little high. so i simply asked the guy why it would be so much thinking maybe there was something i was over looking (because an at home repair is only 10$). the guy then got smart with me and was extremly rude... i created an account just so i could post this.
Took my truck in to have it fixed. At first they were oh so nice, until it started doing the same thing the very next day. After keeping it for over 2 weeks, they said they didn't know what was wrong. And it was my son's truck but kept calling me. They by-passed the problem supposedly. When we went to get it, my son wanted it explained to him what they had done, but the guy Chad got rude and wouldn't tell him. They put in over $90 gas which we had to pay for, and there was 90 miles put on the truck. It still isn't fixed. What a rip-off.
Very knowledgeable owner. I have had repairs on several different vehicles over the years and have always been pleased with the turnaround time and quality of work.
