This place smells like an old and VERY smokey bar..Had to leave. Very unprofessional to smoke inside of your business. (Which is also violates a Lumberton city ordinance..)
Poor business ethics. The owner Shannon went to the back room with her daughter who is probably 2 years old and lit up a cigarette and was smoking inside. I had my young kids with me and the smell was so overpowering that we had to go outside. I could not believe that someone would smoke inside of their hair salon with young kids in the room. Will never return and she needs to be turned into the city.
If I could I would rate lower. They are very rude! I asked how much it cost to get my hair colored an unnatural color but they took to long to answer back so I found somebody who is cheaper. And they were rude. Told me that I should cut the conversation short next time. All I asked was if I can get a hair color an unnatural color and how much. They suck and are hella rude. Don't go there
